One of the hottest comedians on the international circuit, Sugar Sammy is enjoying great success all around the world. He has performed over 1,600 shows in 31 countries in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi.

His latest tour sold 371,509 tickets in Canada and he had appeared in Pollstar Concert Pulse Top 50 North American acts almost every week between 2012 and 2016. In July 2016, after a 420-show tour, Sugar Sammy performed his hit bilingual show You’re Gonna Rire one last time in front of a crowd of 115,000 at Montreal’s Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.

Over the past two years Sugar Sammy has taken residence in France and has been making waves, performing to sold-out theatres across the country! In the midst of all the shows in France, Sugar Sammy also visited the US on a 40-show tour in spring/summer 2017, visiting San Jose, Seattle, Atlanta, Houston, Austin, Naples (FL) and New York. In the summer of 2017, he hosted two sold-out Just for Laughs International Galas and spent the fall hosting the Just for Laughs cross-Canada tour.

No stranger to the prestigious festival circuit, he’s been invited to perform at the Sydney, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Melbourne, Auckland, Halifax, Winnipeg Festivals and eight times at the Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival.
